This video is the fourth and last segment of a larger video realized by the IRG in the framework of a study / evaluation of 12 citizen control of public action exercises performed in 2009-2010 in four regions of Colombia. The work was coordinated by the organization Transparencia por Colombia and supported by the Inter-American Foundation.
