Citizen control of public action is a demanding exercise for organizations in charge. We now ask ourselves what actual effects it has on institutions and public policy. This video is the third segment of a larger video realized by the IRG in the framework of a study / evaluation of 12 citizen control of public action exercises performed in 2009-2010 in four regions of Colombia. The work was coordinated by the organization Transparencia por Colombia and supported by the Inter-American Foundation.
