L’expansion des réseaux d’échanges de produits physiques ou intellectuels font émerger de nouveaux défis de régulation politique et juridique au niveau international. Ces analyses se penchent ainsi sur la manière dont l’outil du droit international, permet de répondre, du moins partiellement à ces défis communs que sont la gestion des ressources naturelles, de la propriété intellectuelle, la lutte contre la corruption politique ou financière etc. Une telle réflexion amène ainsi à interroger la manière d’inventer ou de réinventer les outils juridiques d’une gouvernance mondiale en pleine mutation.

The expanding trade networks of physical or intellectual goods raise new challenges, at the international level, in terms of political and legal regulations. The analyses in this dossier look at the way international law can, at least partially, meet the common challenges posed by the issues of natural resource management, the fight against political and financial corruption etc. Such a train of thought leads to questions on how the legal tools, aimed at regulating a global governance in the midst of vast mutations, are invented and/or reinvented.
