Assane Mbaye shares with us his analysis of the conduct of the February 2012 elections in Senegal.

This interview was realized during the Tunis Colloquium (12-14 March 2012), which focussed on power legitimacy in Northern Africa. It also falls into a broader critical analysis lead by the IRG on “Electoral processes in Africa, factor of instability or legitimacy? What development policies?”, which is conducted with the laboratory Les Afriques dans le monde, for the French Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs. Results will be available in the second semester of 2013.
