This colloquium is the fourth gathering of the “International meeting process for debates and proposals on governance” which aims to explore the world’s sub-regions (notably Africa, Latin America, and Europe) and understand the sources of political power legitimacy and the processes wich enable them/it to gain such legitimacy .
This intercultural and interactor meeting was a moment for sharing experiences and debating on the conception and practices of the political power, its relations with its society, with crisis background (politic and economically, armed conflicts).
