The INC meeting was held from the 26th to the 28th of February 2013 in Sciences Po Grenoble. It was attended by all members of the INC to discuss the reflection progress on the plural approach and experiences identified through country case studies.

This meeting was also an opportunity for discussion with the Institute of Human Rights of the Bar of Grenoble on the design and application of the law, between France and other geographical areas (including sub-Saharan Africa and Andean America).
