For three days, the INC met together to define a new approach to the constitutions and public action: the plural approach.
This approach feeds field experiments demonstrating the disconnection between the people and their states and seeks to develop solutions to re-anchor the state in the realities of society.
This meeting was also an opportunity for a full day of discussions with Mr. Pablo Saavedra, Executive Secretary of the Inter-American Court of Human Rights.
