Claire Launay-Gama is head of the IRG’s Latin American branch. She is a specialist in issues of training for citizenship, social control, participation and capitalisation-evaluation. She has served as a programme manager in a number of NGOs. She contributes to the work of several Latin American universities.

Pierre-Yves Guihéneuf is a programme manager at the IRG. He is a mediator specialised in environmental and land use within the company DialTer where he facilitates participation processes. He is a founding member of the “Institut de la Concertation” and an expert in matters of dialogue and participation in public policies within the association Geyser. He teaches public participation and mediation in several universities.
