Ivan CROUZEL is deputy director of IRG and holds a Ph.D. in political science. His main research interests and publications relate to state building, democratization, public administration reform, decentralization and local governance. He worked as an international consultant, as a policy officer at the French Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs and as a governance specialist at the World Bank.
